BOOKED THIS LOCATION FOR AN OVERNIGHT STAY AFTER ATTENDING A HORNETS GAME, PRIME LOCATION INTO UPTOWN, ABOUT 6 MINS FROM THE SPECTRUM CENTER. FRONT DESK STAFF HELPFUL WITH DIRECTIONS. ROOMS WERE TIDY. THE PLACE LOOKS SKEPTICAL, BUT THE ROOMS WERE SPACIOUS AND CLEAN. WILL STAY AGAIN.

This is the worst place I ever stayed. It's dirty and there was no heat in my room. I was placed here by my company unfortunately. I would never stay here again. It's only a step up from staying on the street. Burn marks on every surface. Door let's cold air in due to no weather stripping. Fridge leaks water all over the floor. Fire detector is hanging off the wall. Not even a safe area to be in. This is a drug motel at best. Stay far away from this place.

The lady at the front desk tried to charge $90.00 a night. We went online and got the room for $61.75 a night. She then charged a $50.00 deposit. When we got to the room, there was no tissue, the rack was broken, the ac is held together with tape, outlets don't work, the toilet doesn't flush, and the sink leaks. We honestly thought that the room would have been better. Constant noise from the highway. We went out on Saturday to come back to our key not working. After we got a new key, we went to sleep well in the wee hours of the night, some guy and some woman used a key to enter our room. Luckily, we didn't have to fire any shots. Will never be coming back! Rooms: Nasty half cleaned just yucky. Safety: Not safe as people can enter into your room late at night.

I should have been skeptical of this place when I got to the door and it needed a repair! I got in and the first thing I noticed was how tight this so-called king room was! When I got to the sink, the plumbing looked bad and a big water bug or giant roach came out! I immediately went back to the desk to get my money back, and the chick hollered I couldn't get a refund! Then I gave the key back and asked for a receipt and was told I couldn't get it until 11 a.m the next day at checkout! I was charged $93 dollars for a piece of trash like that and I can see why they have a so-called refund policy! Under no circumstances would I recommend anybody to stay here! You would get rude awakening! I'm looking for a way to take them to court so the $93 dollars she wouldn't refund me will cost them more. The ratings said 3.0 and Fair! There is not a fair rating! I can't do nothing about it now, because I paid cash! But if I can tell others not to waste their time, the place will lose money! And maybe others will see how bad it is and do the same thing! A long post but please don't stay at this place Noteworthy details: Don't stay here
