This hotel was in a great location for me. It was right across the street from where the family members that I was visiting lived. It was not far from the airport and Uptown Charlotte. Also, there were a lot of food options nearby that you could walk to.

Great location and some of the staff are kind and helpful. Room had broken shades, missing light bulbs and an air conditioner that couldnt be used because of how badly it squeaked. One of my children left some items in the dresser and after four days and multiple calls and emails, no one in staff has been able to go look in the dresser or contact housekeeping or look in list and found. Customer service is anything but acceptable. There has been nothing but passing the buck to the next person with no results. Nearby activities: Shopping

This was the second time I've stayed here. It was my husband's first time. The first time I stayed here was when John had to stay a couple of nights at the Levine Cancer center. That's was 3 yrs ago. We always got a discount through the cancer center when we had to stay overnight. We'll this was our last trip since John's cancer has been in remission for over 2 yrs ,but he was still having another treatment every 2 months. This trip they removed his port. I couldn't had done these last 3 yrs without my prayers. It was a very short stay this time but it was still a good night's sleep. Very nice and clean, and friendly staff.
