image Not sure what all the negativity is about, we had a pleasant overnight stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, got us checked in quickly and we had no issues with our room. I guess people want to pay low prices and get 5 star accommodations is all I can figure. The room was large and clean with a fridge/freezer, microwave and large TV with all channels and the hot breakfast was nice. This place was nicer than most at this price, ones with communal microwave, no fridge and stale breakfast sandwiches. It served our purpose for the night and we jumped back on the road in the morning.

image My flight out of Charlotte got delayed over night so the airline sent me to this hotel. Let me tell you, it was barely better than staying at the airport. This place is a dump. The hotel shuttle is a beat up minivan that only comes once an hour (though they dont tell you that so I called them SIX TIMES before I could get someone on the phone at the front desk). When I went to check-in and shared my experience, the front desk staff swore theyve been picking up the phone (nope) and that people are just impatient with the shuttle.
I got my room assignment, got into a janky elevator, and stepped off into an immediate musty, old smoke smell in the hallway. When I got to my room door, the room number was handwritten with what looked like ballpoint pen on the wall outside (see photothis did not inspire confidence). Luckily the room didnt smell and the bed was decent. But everything else grossed me out. I went to sit in the armchair, but saw a giant stain on it so avoided that. The dresser was not clean. The shower didnt drain properly and looked rotted in the corners, though it did have decent water pressure. Ive never been in a hotel room where I was scared to walk on the floor without shoes, but theres a first for everything I guess.
Finally, the shuttle back to the airport is so tiny that we werent sure everyone would be able to fit to get to the airport. We managed to jam ourselves in there, but it was not even close to comfortable. Anyway, do yourself a favor and dont stay here.

image We were booked into the Wyndham Garden hotel by American Airlines, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was subpar. The walls and carpet were visibly dirty, and the bathroom was in a deplorable state, with grime and filth apparent on most surfaces.It's disheartening to encounter such conditions, especially when you're expecting a comfortable and clean environment to rest in. I would strongly advise against staying at this Wyndham Garden location until significant improvements are made to their cleanliness and maintenance standards. DO NOT STAY THERE!

image Most unprofessional hotel I have ever been. Me and my fianc both contacted this place prior to booking our hotel room and we were told that we could not do early check in since we arrived at 5am and check in was at 3pm. We were told that we had to pay for Friday as well in order to check in. We did as instructed and when we arrived Saturday morning they gave our hotel room away because we did not arrive on Friday. We TOLD THEM MULTIPLE TIMES WE WOULD BE ARRIVING SATURDAY MORNING BECAUSE OF OUR FLIGHT. Took our money and now we cant get a refund for a room we didnt get to stay in. I HAVE CONTACTED MY PHONE COMPANY TO GET RECORD OF CALL AND WILL BE SHOWING IT SOON!!!
