    Parking is NOT FREE at this hotel even though it says its complementary online. This hotel is in the middle of nowhere and there are a ton of parking spots. They want you to pay for parking on your phone using some app. What a joke. Just want i want to do when i show up at a hotel at 11:30 pm. I guess they will be giving parking tickets to everyone who does not pay. I would have rather just been charged an extra $10 per day then have to deal with this. But then they could not sneak charges in on people once they are booked. Its more annoying than anything. I have stayed at Hilton's all over the USA and have never seen this. I understand you need to pay for parking downtown in a city center, but this is just ridiculous. Noteworthy details: Parking is not free at this hotel, even though it says it is online. Be aware. $10 per day or your choice of a parking ticket.

    This hotel has been amazing over many stays throughout the years. My most recent stay was less than what I have experienced in the past. We are now forced to pay for parking which wasnt listed on the Hilton app at the time of booking, we can no longer pay for extended stay parking at check in and are basically forced to use our phones to pay in the parking lot via an app. This is all new, wasnt expected and certainly would have been nice to know about before we made reservations. As a Hilton gold member I enjoy experiencing stays where I feel valued, I asked for cold water during the check in process and told I could find them in my room. When I arrived in my room I found 2 bottles of warm water. The staff has always been friendly & professional, I have always enjoyed this hotel and felt the rooms were clean but this recent stay just didnt meet my expectations, paying for parking was a surprise, being forced to pay via an app made the stay feel more like a transaction since there wasnt an option to pay while checking in. I am a frequent flyer and will sadly be looking for other options in the future.
