Between the great customer service interaction and understanding my needs, before I knew it I had the Creami of my dreams (deluxe of course, I love my creamiccinos) Now my sister is graduating and Ill be buying her one as her gift and I hope Jacob is there to help me again. When you meet good people, you just know! This is now my FAVORITE Crate and Barrel Ive EVER shopped at from NYC to Austin, Texas! Thank you!

Walked through the entire store slowly and stopped in several areas never was approached or greeted 2 employees standing by the door as I walked into the store so with this type of service this store is not for me best of luck to your business
