I was quoted ~$180 to clean my wedding dress. They let me know it would take 4 weeks. I showed up 6 weeks later with my dry cleaning ticket, and they could not find my dress. They even asked me to come in the back where all the other clothes are to search for it myself. Couldnt find it. They asked me to come back in a few days. A few days later, they magically find my dress. I pay the ~$180 without even checking my dress (my mistake) and head home. Days later, I open the garment bag and pull out my dress. The bra inserts are totally disintegrated and falling off, and there are now black marks around the bust of my dress that werent there before. Not that Im going to wear this dress again, but Im so disappointed I waited 6+ weeks and paid over $180 for a service that was completed so poorly. Service: Wedding gown cleaning
