I went to this business to get 4 patches (superbowl 50, 25th anniversary, 10th anniversary and 20th anniversary)  sewn on my Carolina Panthers football jacket.  When I inquired about the cost, the owner said that the patches would normally cost $6.50 each to put on, but he was going to charge me double because they had to be hand sewn on. Fair enough. Deal. $6.50 x 4 = $26 x2 = $52.00 +7.5% tax ($5.63) = $57.63 total.   I told him take your time.  I don't care how long it takes you to do it because I want a good job.  I came back to pick up the jacket 4 days after he told me to... when I saw the jacket it was easy to see that the Super Bowl 50 patch and the 25th anniversary patch we're both sewn on crooked.  I mentioned this to him and he said, "oh it's OK. They aren't that crooked."   I also mentioned that he only put a stitch about every 1/2" along the edge of the superbowl 50 patch and that it wouldn't stay secure. There should be at least 3 other stitches in between each one of his few stitches...( low qurush job) He then rang me up for $62.20.   I said that's not the right amount and you shouldn't charge me full price because you're charging me full price for a job not well done.  He then started mumbling some gibberish that was not understandable.. I said I don't even understand what you're saying so just give me the jacket so I can get out of here and get it done somewhere else because he would not fix the patches when I asked him to.   If this guy is going to do business like that then he will never see another dime from me and I am intent on telling the community about his poor attitude.   I give this business a STAY AWAY rating.  There's 100 other dry cleaners in this area.

If I could give this place a 0 I would!!!!! First they are way to pricey and dont even do a good job. I got a skirt hemmed and press and a dress press. The dress was still wrinkled at the bottom and the skirt was hemmed uneven. Second the guy who works there made a comment about my skirt size " oh you get BIG size" that's so rude. Never again will I come here which is they're lost since I take most of my clothes to get clean. DONT COME HERE!

Our family has been a 15 yr customer since we moved to the Carmel Rd area. Friendly, helpful, attentive- we trust them and they have never let us down. They'll let us know if there's ever a problem and they'll accommodate any requests to rush, etc.
