They lost my pants!! I made a list of all of the items that I dropped off in my notes app (because this was my first time using this company) along with the fact that the owner just rushed to throw my items in a basket without counting them, or making any kind of description list for them. When I pick up my items, he tells me that one of my items were unable to be cleaned, but the rest were there. At the time I was on my way out of town, so I dropped the items off at home and went on my trip. When I got back and I went through the items and I noticed the pants were missing, because they were apart of a matching set. I told the owner that the item was missing and he told me I shouldve called sooner, even though when I did attempt to call there was no answer and no way to leave a message because their voice mailbox is not set up. He was very rude and dismissive and never try to come to a resolution for this matter. Now I am out of $300 for my pants without any resolve. Do not come here unless you want to lose your clothes.
