I'm mad at you, I have 2 lines and now that I want to get rid of one, I can't, the people who work in the store are a bunch of EGGS, they don't help me, they tell me to dial 611 and I dial and dial and the wait is too long, one doesn't have the time. It's more than half an hour of waiting, it's a lot of time thank goodness and I have the unlimited plan if not only in that wait they eat up my minutes if they can't keep up with the calls hire more competent staff or give more options in the app that only serves to make the payments and there is no option to make changes to take out the other line aaah I get that I have to pay again first to take out the line
