One star is too high. Latino girl who work on 12/30 on mid noon shift did such a horrible job on customer service. She was very rude. I would give a 0 star if I could because what she represented for boost was very sad. I hope the manager does something about this because they need better customer service. She doesnt not belong there helping customers. Sad.

I had switched to a different phone carrier recently but was following up regarding a complaint I had put in regarding the rude customer service at this location. Called the store and asked to speak with a manager and was immediately dismissed from an employee without any clarification before being hung up on. I am glad that I switched providers since this is beyond unprofessional and rude.

The most unprofessional and nasty customer service I have experienced. I was trying to get my SIM card switched from one phone to another and told me it would be a 45-dollar activation fee despite the phones being activated. I went the next day and another employee switched for me at no charge. I went again this week to get my SIM card switched back to my primary phone and saw the same rude lady with long black hair and fair skin. Not only was she rude but told me it was the same fee. She tried to gaslight me when I mentioned her employee had helped me the next day and said she was going to tell the manager. This woman needs to be fired because she does not know how to work with people and felt because I was Black it made it worse in terms of the interaction. I am Black and Latino by the way but that still did not stop her from being rude. Will not be coming back to this location.

Lady who work was very rude and had an attitude. Very unprofessional, Latina gorl was definitely not it. She did not know how to do her job. Will never go in there again. She needs to be fire.
