My family and I went there to get help with SD card for my kids phone. I understand that we showed up an hour before they close and they did have several people already in the store and from the looks of it they had only 2 people working, HOWEVER, when we entered the store everyone pretty much looked at us including other customers but either one of the employees acknowledged us . At all. Hung out for a sec to maybe let them finish up with people but nope. Still no one said anything after a good 10 minutes! WHERE THEY DO THAT AT?!! Horrible. Do better people. Have some integrity Sheesh.

A simple Someone will be with you shortly wouldve sufficed instead of ignoring me all together. I walked out after a couple minutes of not being acknowledged by any staff. Ive never had this issue at any other t-mobile store.
