        This is not a corporate Verizon store. This is a third party reseller. They are a commissioned based sales organization. I had a terrible experience. They could not handle questions about promos offer to me because they have no record of what I was offered. I get the sense that each salesperson gets to pick and choose what offer they present to a customer. If one salesperson speaks for another salesperson then their commission could be impacted. This interaction helped me better make sense why I received different promotions for the two upgrades I did that day. Join me and Go the to real Verizon in Arboretum.

Not only when Ill be coming back to specifically see him in the future, but I will refer anyone that I possibly can to the store and to Mr. Johnson.         I want to share a great customer service experience which occurred at the Waverly Verizon store in South Charlotte, NC. Nate Beckham was the Verizon representative at the Waverly location who delivered outstanding customer support with following through with my issues with Verizon Corporate customer service. I had traded in two phones for two new phones in accordance with a current promotion that Verizon was advertising. I was having trouble with Corporate Verizon delivering all of the promised items that were referenced in the promotion. Nate immediately supported me with calling Corporate Verizon and ensured that I received all of the items promised in the promotion. This took numerous phone calls to Corporate Verizon that consumed many hours to get everything accomplished. I really appreciate Nates diligent work and strongly recommend working with Nate at the Waverly Verizon location.
