I went to this location to have a deceased customer's phone disconnected. Zach helped me. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable . He walked me through every step and simplified the experience. The process did take a long time with customer care, so 4 stars instead of 5.

*** Thomas *** I had a great experience. When I walked in, I was feeling frustrated and overwhelmed due to issues from a previous representative who I had difficulty communicating with. Thomas, the sales rep, listened to my concerns and took the time to carefully review my account. He was extremely patient and thorough, going through my bill line by line to identify and correct any errors. Not only did Thomas find credits that were due to me, but he also discovered a phone line that shouldn't have been added to my account. Thanks to his careful attention to detail, I was able to avoid unnecessary charges and expenses. Thomas went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best protection plan in place and a monthly plan with my budget. He took the time to explain my options clearly and made sure I understood everything before making a decision. I really appreciated his expertise and professionalism throughout the entire process. Overall, Thomas provided excellent customer service and made my experience at the Verizon store a positive and stress-free one. I left feeling confident in my plan and grateful for his help. I would definitely recommend this store and ask for Thomas he is definitely for the customers' best interest.

I just want to say the team at Verizon was outstanding in helping us transfer from another service. We initially gave them the wrong information and they took the time to fix it with grace and patience. Thanks Tucker and Assata your team rocks!
