        Very accommodating. Despite an oversight that Expedia had booked my car for a morning pick up instead of night time, and despite my reservation having been cancelled, the Staff was still able to give me a car and keep my original rate. I was so grateful for their help and friendly disposition.

        Waited 45 mins for the shuttle bus to take off-site. Then there were no cars available at the office. Canceled. Horrific and rude service. By far the worst rental experience.
