I arrived 10 minutes prior to closing and The employee stood by the door and told me he had shut down for Thanksgiving. How rude of him, so aggressive.

This is one of their bigger stores all the employees especially that gal over in the commercial area

They charge work time how they want. And with that their new schedule they work less time. Horrible place and personal.

Lent us the tool to change battery for van we bought since we didn't have the correct size

I went to get a battery. They don't install batteries or let anyone use any tools. Also had to come back to get Core fee refund once I installed battery somewhere else.
