I have worked in purchasing for two small/medium residential home builders while using Queen City Appliances. When we met with their company for the first time, they were extremely hospitable, transparent, and professional. Roddey (President and CEO) along with several of their key team members met with us over lunch at their facility and Roddey personally gave us a tour afterwards. They were able to provide us with several appliance packages that would suit our customers needs well, including excellent pricing and availability. We have had a solid point of contact since we began working together (Anita is always responsive and helpful) and have never had an issue with delivery/installation (which they also offer). Queen City is the easy choice for all our appliance needs.

I would like to give a big shout out to Benito our delivery technician! Benito arrived on time, was very professional and knowledgeable. He worked very carefully and respectfully as he made this refrigerator delivery. He removed our old refrigerator and installed the new. He set up, completely unwrapped, leveled, tested the water function. He took his time to be sure all was to our liking. Highly recommend this man! Thank you Benito!

I called the store to inquire about a dryer. I knew the brand I wanted, but not the model I needed. They helped me identity what would work best for my needs, they knew their product and saved me a trip to the store. (And delivery the next day). Thanks DJ!
