We just moved from 30Six Noda. We lived there for 3 years. We loved living there up until the last year of our lease due to loud neighbors upstairs on the 7th floor. Ebony and the front office was very accommodating and attempted to help us but to no avail. I do want to say that was a great place to live but over the years it felt like it had become a bit of a party building and due to our upstairs neighbors, we never felt at ease in our home. I want to call out that Ebony at the front desk is a rock star. Had I reached out to her *specifically* earlier, our upstairs neighbor noise issues may have been resolved. I would recommend 30six Noda to anyone just be advised that the floors are thin and the garage feels like a very unsafe place to drive due to constant speeding.. It could use some mirrors to help make the blind corners safer.

I lived in the building starting in June, 2018 through July, 22. The building opened in March of 2018 so I was on3 of the longer tenured residents. I lived in a one bedroom unit and then moved into a 2 bedroom when my boyfriend moved in with me. Initially it was a decent space, good layout and size and close great activities. However over the years it became I place I couldnt wait to leave and it became more stress than comfort. Like a lot of the buildings that popped up around there - its cheaply built. Lit attracts young professionals who are still sort of stuck in college party mode - or they are straight up students. The walls are thin and you will hear a lot of noise. Thats the nature of these buildings - the issue is when it gets out of control late at night or at the pool - there is no management of the building. By the last six months we had terrible neighbors; constant late parties(consistently went to 2-4 am)and the dog locked in a room - whining constantly. It became more and more rare to have an evening of peace when I could read or just watch a movie and realized we had to leave. Id reported the worst of it to the building and asked for any help - literally anything - and was made to feel ridiculous and was condescendingly told that I could move to a top floor apartment - for an increased fee. I never called after that -by move out our neighbors were flying a drone with a camera over their balcony and it was hovering at our living room window. So creepy and weird. And no one was going to do anything and it was made clear no one cared about our comfort because we were likely paying less than the upstairs unit was. Which is what the primary goal of this place - to profit as much as possible off its residents , not also manage an apartment building where hundreds of people need to be safe and thrive. Years of thefts before they finally Hired a security company - despite that they still leave the front door unattended and unlocked during business hours. They charged me a second 400 dollar pet fee - after we adopted a second cat after the first one had died 6 months earlier. And adding insult to injury - charged me to repaint an apartment that wasnt repainted when we moved in. All of it is naked and grotesque greed - absolutely bare minimum effort to actually make this a place youd want to call home.
