Theyre under new management recently but honestly not too bad. Rent is kinda expensive to me but I dont have big complaints. My move in day was hell since they decided to change the carpet on move in day and i had to wait hours to move in. Room was completely dirty and needed to be cleaned. Maintenance has quickly came to fix disposal, dryer, ice maker etc. I have been locked out my room since sunday (currently thursday) because my key is messed up and they cant reprogram it, maintenance needs to be called for me to get in. Furniture is fine although me and my roommates have had to get pieces replaced because broken/had mold they tried to paint over. There were some dead roaches that fell out of vents, they were disgusting but I closed my vents and havent seen them since we got pest control. They have security who will kick u out of patio at 9pm( as posted). And visitors might get booted if they are in resident spots. Overall pretty safe and quiet. Zach is super nice but other manager gives attitude. Its nice but you could probably find cheaper places to live, its a good option to consider. PS: Dont ever to try to email, they never respond.

Edit ; changed rating. Since this review, they have came twice to fix the dryer and it still doesnt work properly. They also have closed the gate by my building & didnt give us a code. They also added 3 obnoxious speed bumps at the other gate. I would consider this as your I absolutely have to or your last choice. Personally, I wouldnt live here again and rather hate it. My experience so far (moved in August 2023) has been livable. When I moved in, it was dirty and there were random clothes. We found out a homeless man had stayed in there the night before. We also were missing furniture and our keys didnt work. There were also lots of things broken. Also when moving in, one door had holes in it. Our dryer hasnt worked since moving in and we have had maintenance come 3x now and it has done nothing. That seems to be the case with most fixes. They come rather quickly but it doesnt really do much except for when we had mold in our vents. It took them a week or so to fix it. The same thing when our AC broke, it took them a week to fix it. My biggest thing is the safety. They have gates but Ive never seen them working, even a year before moving in they never worked. There have constantly been police here and fire trucks. My friends car got stolen, some broken into. Another friends car got towed despite being in a visitor spot. Overall, you get what you pay for. Its cheap for a reason. Management doesnt really care about you. Its filthy and unsafe. Its livable I suppose, but personally I wish I had gone elsewhere. I will say I agree with most of these reviews. I also find the layout not very functional. The bathroom and closet is super small once you move everything in. Also the site doesnt include the extra fees. One you cannot get out of is you have to pay rent online with a $20 convenience fee. So dont forget to add $20 plus the other fees.

Worst place ever! Would not recommend! If I could give 0 stars I would! My AC has been out for 3 months and no one I mean NO ONE has did anything about it! I call the office and they say they will send someone out and no one comes out. I go to the maintenance office myself they say they will be there in 30 mins and never show up. I finally got to talk to property manager today AND HE WAS NO HELP! All he said he would someone out I asked if he could AT LEAST put AC units in our rooms (WE PAY INDIVIDUALLY SO WHY NOT). He said no he could only DO THE COMMON AREA. I can see if I had a FULL TOWNHOUSE but its literally 2 people in a 4 bedroom house. But maintenance man finally came after talking to the property manager. Literally spends 2 mins in my house with a diagnosis of its a part we need to order. NO ETA! NO RESOLUTION ! And once again Im sleeping in a house that is 84 degrees! Do not waste your time NOR MONEY! Im in the process of terminating my lease IMMEDIATELY.

If I could give a 0 review I would I only stayed here for two months for an internship and I should've noticed the red flags before I signed to take over someone's lease. First, they barely pick up their phone. I have called maybe 5-10 times a day to get someone to pick up and answer my questions. This was my first time leasing an apartment so I didn't really think about management and organization and I had only needed a place for two months. Second, they are very disorganized. They couldn't find my name when I moved in. My portal had the wrong room listed and they gave me the wrong key. I asked about it and they denied it, but I was never able to use my key to lock my door. Lastly, when I moved out, I made sure everything was clean and left as I had it before to avoid unnecessary fees. I also took pictures of damages before I moved in (discoloration on the wall, carpet stains, etc). I received a final statement saying that I had paint damage and carpet cleaning fee when I had only stayed there for two months and did not hang anything up nor spilled anything. When asked and specified that I can provide pictures prior to my move-in, they said it's still my responsibility even though I did not cause the damage. I would not recommend this place to any subleaser or college student, just look for a better place that's slightly more expensive for your convenience in the long run...
