Cheshire Chase Apartments

It’s been one whole week with a broken ac and my apartment at 90 degrees, seems like nothing is getting done about ac. Still being treated with disrespect by maintenance by trying to give me intimidated looks cause I called the emergency hotline when he was clocked out, and staff never calls anyone back or informs me about anything going on with my ac or my concerns. Also any good reviews on here are fake because of a contest the apartment did, whoever put in a 5 star review received a gift card and I will not give a review of 5 stars for money when service of this place is 1 star

Finally Management that actually cares!! Jenna has been so helpful since she has been here. She is the best property manager we have has since we moved in. We love how attentive she is if we need something done or have any questions. Jenna and the maintenance man are always so helpful and gets every request done in such a timely manner!! We truly appreciate them.

I’m very intrigued with this apartment community. Jenna and Lamar both showed Excellence service. Jenna Showed my Husband and I the 2 Bedroom. At First I was nervous, because we are moving in from out of town. Jenna was very sweet.She assure us Comfortable safe environment and a new place to call home . I’m delighted by the care Lamar has given us as he spoke with my husband before Jenna showed us the 2 Bedroom. I highly recommend this apartment community . A Great environment with well professional caring people in this office.
