Pros: -Location is good -I always felt very safe walking at any hour of the night -neighbors are friendly -surrounding area is safe and walkable -baristas and maintenance friendly and attentive -apartments are beautiful with nice finishes Cons: -hot tub was out for a whole year and spa is always in and out of maintenance -parking for guest on weekends is hard -insulation from upstairs is BAD. I hear my upstairs neighbor at all hours of the night. It sounds like they are stomping on with steel toe boots, wakes me up sometimes -ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES!!!! This is perhaps the biggest reason for my review. I cannot stand roaches and thinking about them makes me want to gag. I have found at least 3 and its only the beginning of April (imagine summer). Pest control does come promptly but the roaches are always visible sidewalks and first floor patios so they find ways to get inside

I have lived at the Village for 4ish years now and that is the longest I think I've committed to anything. I love it here! The location is perfect, the events (specifically wine nights and the summer concerts) are a hoot and a half and the entire staff is so nice and helpful!! Marvin, Ben, and Aaron in the leasing office are absolute gems, always willing to help me out when I drop in unannounced with a problem I likely created and do not get me started on the concierge I love those guys

E.Sosa in maintenance at the Village was very knowledgeable and helpful . Answered all my questions . So so friendly and nice . It makes it a lot easier staying here at the Villiage knowing maintenance is respectful .
