    I walked in today at about 1:55 and was told by the lady in the front back office she would be with me in a second. Ten minutes passed only for her to eventually step out her office obviously annoyed, to ask what I needed. I explained I was interested in an appt, and instead of her proceeding to give me information, she tells me that I could go online and look at the apartments and schedule an appointment. She said she was about to go to lunch and the other girl was out on a showing. The fact that she didnt offer to give me any information but simply brushed me off as if I was disturbing her, let me know everything I need to know about this community. They are obviously not customer centered and resident focused, and her coldness towards me as a new prospect resident was really disheartening to say the least. Go elsewhere! Dont give them your money or your time. Its obvious she doesnt enjoy her job and a part of me always wonders if there were any racial implications because she treated me as if I wasnt even worthy of being spoken to. 0/10 would NOT reccommend!

    I was really debating on making a review but I have been left a little traumatized. The experience I have had despite it being my first apartment after moving from my home state for the 1st time. Lets start off by saying that the only thing about this apartment complex is literally the location. My rent before the crazy messed up fees was 1372.the fact that the total for everything was 1630 each month blows my mind every time I think about it. These arent even luxury apartments to begin with. I have wanted to break the lease so many times because the place was expensive for no reason. You pay $75 dollars to literally park your car in a garage that people like to sneak through to go to the bar. Paper thin walls where you can hear the elevator down the hall or hearing the loud garage below your apartment from 2-5am in the morning. Someone threw up on the elevator and left it over a weekend. This isnt even half of what Ive experienced. Dog poop overflowing out of the dog park trash can multiple times. Dog poop literally everywhere. My dog was attacked and the owners did not give two cents and kicked me out the dog park and swore up & down that my dogs were aggressive. I reported all this stuff to the leasing office and Jennifer stated that it was a civil matter. I literally had to tell her to send out some type of report regarding these incidents multiple times. Diane has been a great, helpful and understanding leasing agent but All in all if you want to deal with all the issues by all means go ahead and apply!!
