        Star is friendly and always available to help. I needed my light fixed in a Sunday night and she came with her husband and made sure it was working. She goes beyond and above. Shes a keeper.

        I visited The Mcneel Apartments and met the most pleasant person I've ever met in management. Her name is STAR, she was very positive, very helpful, and so willing to go the extra mile for a customer, giving clear understanding of the process. She gave me hope for my daughter and her family. I hope that the Mcneel Apartment"s higher management are aware of the Jewel that they have working for them. A five star isn't high enough for the spectacular customer service I recieved today! After visiting this location every place after that I visited just could not compare. A pleasant attitude goes a long way! Thank you "STAR" for giving a family hope when things can seem hopeless. I would love for my daughter Angelisa and her family to be at a place like that.Sincerely, Angela T Hogan
