My unit is really nice, no complaints in exception of my door knobs falling off, There is no maintenance here, but they try to blame it on the pandemic i have put in so many orders that go cold case ignored. But my biggest complaint is management! Mad annoying, i been here a yr and out of all the times i have contact them they answered one time. Ally answered and it must have been her cell phone But She literally hung up in my face and sent a email with the answer to my question. Management is very unstable.

It takes weeks before maintenance arrives to fix an issue. I have put work orders in and they do not get handled until I call and even then its still a constant waiting game. I am still unable to use my KITCHEN SINK !!!!

Property is extremely unresponsive. It takes days of calling and emailing to even get someone to respond to you. Several issues go unresolved for weeks before they do anything. Would not recommend.
