Keltonwood at Berewick Apartment Homes

I recently moved here from another Bell Partners property and am SO glad I did (... hating myself for not doing it sooner). The location is convenient, feels safe and is clean. Grounds are beautiful. My apartment itself is AMAZING...but the real star of this show here is the leasing staff. I've moved many times and have had yet to experience such professional, friendly office staff as I have here at Keltonwood at Berewick. It is one thing to do your job, but to go above and beyond makes the experience for tenants so much better. Thank you ladies for all you do!!!

I love living here the last 3 years. The maintenance guys are absolutely on point. Just one call and Natan Zayaz the maintenance man was over my place fixing whatever problem he came across with ease!! Much better than the last complex i lived in. They had a maintenance guy named Johnny sins. He came over and didnt even fix the leaks my home had even though my wife said he did a great job. Oh well. Well done Keltonwood!

Great Housing and Amazing staff, made the move in nice and easy. Maintenance of all living quarters is amazing. Special thanks to Natan Zayaz for his attention to detail on certain maintenance requests. 10/10 would recommend anyone to live here!
