I’ve lived here for 4 months now. This was the worse decision I ever made just to save a couple of hundred dollars. I would NOT recommend living here. The walls are thin. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing. The noise levels here is awful! No consideration for anyone else. Trash is always in the parking lot, weed smoking, teenagers running up and down the walk ways. The neighbors throw a party every Friday night. my car has been vandalized and the staff is not helpful at all.

I've been a longtime resident at Vanguard Northlake Apartments and i love it here. The property is fabulous and the management are truely the best. Looking forward to renewing my lease!

toured the area and really liked the apartment for the price I was quoted. I went ahead and filled out an application to rent the apartment. The online website is honestly ridiculous and would only let me select the move in date for December4th. well it took a few days for applications to be submitted. This is where the bad experience began, right after I had submitted my Paystubs it seems the rent "magically" went up $200! We let the company know we would no longer be interested and I was supposed to get my $150 application fees refunded..... a week later and I have yet to receive my refund. I would suggest staying away from this company and finding a better place.

If you looking to live at this place I will caution you that the walls are very thin. You can hear everything your neighbors do, the neighbors above 4101 are not considerate at all of the noise they make and people up and down the stairs all hours of the night. The stairs are by the master bedroom. Some of the staff including maintenance are helpful but then you have a couple of bad apples in the office.
Did not enjoy my stay here and would not recommend.

UPDATE: In addition to the noise problem, I’ve had 3 packages stolen and my car was broken into!
Walls are super thin. I can hear my neighbors talking, playing music, and even walking. The apartments are nice but having to deal with the noise is not worth it.
