Central heat and air replacement is expensive! Be knowledgeable. Just because someone can install a central heat and air conditioner does NOT mean they understand the science of hot and cold air, even though its simple. This company made a big mistake installing my two units that I had to catch. One of the installers noted to me that a bigger HVAC unit should be downstairs because of the stove: wrong. So they, with reluctance, had to come out and switch the units, which took another day of their time. The front guy commented that the code requires the thermostat be 5 feet from the air intake: wrong. I requested the thermostat be moved to a different room that we use most. Thats common sense.

I tried many HVAC providers before and each lacks st least one thing, but with city heating and cooling I didnt have any issues. They were punctual, straightforward, passionate about whats theyre doing, and most importantly knew what theyre doing. This is the only 5 stars I have as a review. Well-deserved. Adam is a knowledgeable and honest technician. He corrected a mistake made by another company. He answers calls personally day or night and responds promptly. I highly recommend Adam and City Heating and Air.
