Great service; on-site within 3 hours. Other companies were 3-4 days out. Very fair price for our AC repair. Nice folks to deal with. Highly recommend!

Awful experience. Among other things, the mini-split they installed was installed all wrong. Exterior nuts not tight, so a Freon leak there. Coolant line not insulated. Pipe coming into the unit was bent, so that nut wasn't tight, so a Freon leak there. At the end of the day, because of excessive water leakage over time, the non-coated components rusted out. Options were to fix it and be left with a rusting unit. Or to just get a new one. I opted for a new one. But it wouldn't be installed by Summit, because they never called me back when I initially called about servicing. When I later asked for reimbursement from Summit due to the faulty install, they said, "If only you had given us a chance!" I said, "I did. I called, talked to your office person and she said she'd call me back, which she never did." Then Summit tried to tell me that all this rust was normal. Sorry, but it's not. When the bad unit was taken out and laid in the driveway, a big pile of rust spilled out. That's not normal. All in all, a terrible experience. No wonder my builder isn't working with them anymore. Our house was built during Covid, so I gave Summit some grace. But they were on a short leash. Despite other problems I had with them, I nonetheless reached out to them for servicing. They didn't want my business, so that was that. And they act like I didn't give them a chance. So dishonest. Services: Heating system installation, Install AC

While away on Christmas break, our system was suddenly disabled. I called Amber (Customer Server Professional) at 4;40 in the afternoon and within 5 minutes she had a technician deployed for the next morning. Amber was kind, professional and never once made me feel like my urgency was a burden. Rather, she was attentive and I felt she was totally engaged in helping us find a solution. Since we were remote, the situation felt daunting but we trusted Amber's direction and game plan and are absolutely thrilled with Summit's service via customer service and their technician's expeditious service and technical expertise. 5 stars all the way. Service: HVAC system repair
