Words cannot describe how lucky we were to work with Philip Falzarano. I would highly recommend him to everyone. We are first time buyers and we were guided the whole way through this crazy process with such care and professionalism. Philip has integrity, commitment, and a great heart, which are qualities we never expected to find in a realtor. My wife and I were new to this process and we are still in a Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Philip did not shrug us off because of this, but powered through it and even matched us with a lender that approved us for a home loan even though we were still in a bankruptcy. Philip understood the whole bankruptcy process and he understood the importance of getting us our first house and followed up on every angle possible to ensure that we would be able to attain our new home. Even though our case was challenging he made it seem like a piece of cake. Philip made sure we signed our papers, kept up with our bankruptcy attorney, returned all our phone calls and emails the same day, and treated us as if we were buying a million dollar home. In short, if you are buying your first home, you cannot go wrong with Phil. Many realtors are condescending to couples in a bankruptcy, but Phil treated us with care and respect.  We love our new home and we have him to thank!
