Chad, Kirsten and Diana did an awesome job marketing our home. Chad is well-versed in the west Cary market. He knows how to accurately choose comparable homes and is very wise in determining the list price for a property. It was very important that he not only works in, but also lives in west Cary. He really knows this market personally. Kirsten is extremely helpful in assisting sellers with the listing process. Finally, Diana expertly works with sellers to get the process to closing after an offer is accepted.
