        I understand business is business but trying to get a landlord to sell while tenants are still staying inside said house shows alot about character. Some people are lucky to have what they have its hard enough trying to find something in this economy. May God bless you!

        I had a great experience with Home Vestors. Ron Jacobsen came out and give me a quote which I felt was good price for the property that I was selling as is . Then the contract was signed, contact was pretty self-explanatory no tricks . I then proceeded to closing at a date on which I chose. Ron Jacobsen did not have an issue with the date, and I got plenty of time to move out of my old property and into my new property. Overall I would definitely recommend HomeVestor to anybody who is trying to sell their home as it is.

        My wife saw a commercial on television about HomeVestors and thought it might be the best way to sell my previous house. I live in Durham, NC and Ron Jacobsen was the representative that met me. Ron was professional, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. My experience with HomeVestors was an excellent one thanks to Ron. He was extremely accommodating to our situation and was always kind and helpful throughout the entire process. He never made us feel like a burden to him. I even got a chance to meet some of the crew working on the house and they were extremely nice and helpful as well. I have already recommended HomeVestors to someone who needed to sell a property but didnt have the finances or time to prepare the property to put on the market. HomeVestors was a lifesaver for me and I enthusiastically recommend it to anyone without reservation.
