Nevin was an amazing partner and definitely saved me money in a long-term way. I seriously learned a massive amount of things about mortgages/bank history/macroeconomics even in my first introductory conversation with Nevin. Did you know that mortgage rates follow the bond market? I didn't till Nevin. I thought it was just the Federal Rate. I am sure all lenders know this, but the other lenders didn't tell me. Nevin was regularly available to answer questions, navigate forms, and provide guidance on mortgage options. When it was time to "lock in" my interest Rate, Nevin reached out daily with info to help me pick the best time to lock in. I did tests to see if I could've done it on my own: If I'd gone through this process alone, my interest rate would've been .5% higher, which would've resulted in my monthly payment $200-300 extra a month. So Nevin saved me like 2k this year alone. Also, now i have escaped the endless perdition of renting, and will never have to deal with another landlord for the rest of my life, so I am irrevocably thankful to this team of friendly individuals who made the arduous process of House Buying / Mortgage actually pretty enjoyable. Nevin, I'll talk to you in a few years when I am ready to cross the threshold into rental properties and become a capitalist overlord myself. Thank you thank you thank you. 11/10 would recommend.
