I would like to acknowledge the great experience I received from Ms. Mary A Cazares and The Federal Savings Bank during our first home purchase. Ms. Cazares has a great knowledge in this field and her work is very impressive. Mary went above and also beyond to ensure that all our questions were answered no matter the time, she was always very polite and gentle. And is a plus that she is also a bilingual Spanish speaker. All her communications were handled throughly and very efficiently. I do not have any doubts to recommend her for anyone and continue with her in the future.

Granted it being my first time going through the process, it seemed much simpler and smoother than I had anticipated. I have to say Nate and his team were on top of it and I give them props. Thank you so much for everything you have done to help!
