Best Western Plus Cary Inn - Nc State

Not a Plus, more of a basic best western. Beds aren't comfortable at all, pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable. This place is dirty. Hallway is filthy but was then vacuumed, the rooms are clean but no waste bin in the room only the bath. Shower drain is slow, sink drain is slower. The staff are super nice. Parking lot illumination on one side is great everywhere else is barely lit. The entrance is a royal pain to get to from Walnut Street. Overall my stay wasn't bad, it wasn't memorable enough to stick in my mind.

First, I have to say I'm really surprised by some of these other reviews on here. It seems like there's a real range that goes from either a perfect score or a horrible score without a large amount of reviews in between. Is this Best Western the five star destination you need to visit on your bucket list, no it definitely is not. Is this Hotel a nice place to stay at a great price that is 1.7 * less than the nearest competitors, YES! The hotel is clean, the power outlets work well, some USB ports are provided, it has a tv, great climate controls that allow you to adjust your room anywhere from 60 F all the way up to 80 F. I was very happy with the room I was provided, the service at the front desk last night was exemplary, and overall I was pleasantly surprised at the Quality for the price I paid. If you come to the area please give this hotel a chance. You will be very happy that you chose it as your evenings destination. Rooms: Basic rooms that could use a refresh however everything is in great working order and the size of the room is very generous Nearby activities: Several restaurants in Easy walkable distance including Waffle House. Safety: Electronic locks, Privacy locks, and in Room deadbolts Walkability: In the middle of several small business parks that have a variety of businesses within a couple minute walk

Absolutely the worst Hotel stay ever Very smelly hotel. Had to change room 2 time. Toilet blocked when arrived. Second room had big hole in wall where water was leaking out when people at first floor was having a shower. Then no hot water. No ventilation. Can't open windows. Strong smell of urine in one room. People in reception is friendly but don't seem to don't care about the problems. No acces control to the hotel from backdoor as the lock is broken. Locks at doors to hotel rooms works really bad so had to get new cards all the time. They dont check up on who you are - just gives you new keycard to the room you request. Breakfast is very limited and everything is plastic and single use. No healthy food. Would highly recommend to use a different hotel. Stayed here for 2 weeks - looking weeks Rooms: Smelly Safety: Poor control of acces to rooms. Walkability: Stairs in hotel. Elevator though.

Everyone is really nice. People are not all up in your business. The breakfast is really nice. Love the rooms by the pool cause they have outside doors. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfy. Food & drinks: There is a cook out right across the street and waffle house right beside it along with a noodle restaurant . Very convenient

Joanna did a great job in handling all my needs and the room was spectacular for a last moment booking to make my Valentine's day weekend so sweet I would 100% recommend!
