Chase Bank

Clean facility, friendly staff, but sometimes the teller line can get backed up during busy times. There is an ATM outside, as well as three inside. There's a restroom available, but it requires a code that you have to get from an employee. Lots of parking.

Excellent experience opening a joint checking account and credit card. We came in without an appt on a Saturday morning and got right in. Bryan was very professional, personable and helpful. Walked us through some key points on our account profiles. Highly recommended location!

Over the last 5 years service from the bank has been getting worse. When you call a branch the phone answering system is designed so you cant speak to a live person. When I emailed business, private client and branch managers, non of them returned my emails for days, weeks or months in some cases. When I discovered that my accounts were being charged monthly service fees $90-120, I followed up with all 3 of the above mentioned people, and it only took them 15 months to resolve. YIKES The absolute worst customer service
