Ive used this bank for a few years now, and not once have I had any issues that couldnt be fixed. The previous branch manager Nix was amazing, and always understood what I needed. Tristin (the lead banker) always goes above and beyond for any customer. He is tentative and understanding. He is patient when I am explaining what I need taken care of and it is completed when I am at the branch or if not, it is completed same day and he ALWAYS follows up to let me know the status. I couldnt ask for a better banker to have on my side. Tristin is the heart and soul of the Cary branch, and is the reason I continue to stay.

Bad and rude customer service, I was addressed by "man" instead of "sir" (hey man, yes man, etc). They were not friendly and I did not feel like they cared about helping me

Ive been a customer at this bank for 15 years. I am very pleased with their excellent and professional service. Their staff are friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Tristan, McKenzie and Bethany!
