Chase Bank

I appreciate the customer service at this Chase location.

I just left this bank. Theyre still open, I walked in to opening bank account. Nobody was inside(no customers). They were not busy there at least four employees but they told me theyre about 15 minutes to close so they cannot help me and I have to come back next Saturday. This is definitely disappointing from Chase which supposed to be most satisfying, customer service and trustworthy bank. I give this bank one star but if there is a zero star, I wouldve done that too. Worst experience ever especially for new bank account openers dont recommend to go there. I even told the person that I am not available during the week and Im helping a family but still send me back.

the employees are always so nice here. there isnt one time ive been inside where someone hasnt greeted me and asked me what i need. ive never had any issues either :) always fast and good service
