Tasca Ford Yonkers

I HAD 2 CONCERNS WITH MY 2020 FORD FUSION THE CAR WOULD JUMP WHEN YOU PUT IT IN DRIVE AND REVERSE,AND THE HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMP WAS VERY LOUD AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. ON APRIL 1ST I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT AT TASCA WITH ERIC ESTRADA. They found 2 TRANSMISSION MOUNTS AND 1 MOTOR MOUNTS HAD TO BE REPLACED AND THE HIGH PRESSURE PUMP NEEDE TO BE REPLACED AS WELL, THE CAR RUNS PERFECT NOW THANKS TO ERIC ESTRADA WHO WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND BELIEF AT TASCA FOR ME. ALSO THE PARTS MANAGER WAS GREAT TO ME IM GIVING HIM A SHOUT OUT ALSO.I DEFINITELY WILL BUY MY NEXT CAR AT TASCA IM GIVING ERIC ESTRADA NOT 5 STARS 20 STARS. LOUIS D. VACCARO YONKERS,N.Y.

Incredible experience!! Last Friday, I was heading to Boston with family from NYC for a big family event. As I got across the Henry Hudson Bridge, my trusty 2015 Outback with only 50K miles (which I maintain very well) suddenly started vibrating and every warning light went on! I pulled over on a service road, stranded and called AAA... they said two hours minimum. I remembered that there was a Subaru dealer -- Tasca -- a few miles away in Yonkers. Had never done business with them before. I called and got Gilbert in service on the phone. He instructed me to try to drive to him -- on back roads, with blinkers on -- so they could evaluate. I got there in about 15 minutes. They said they'd need to keep it to diagnose and repair. I asked if there was a place nearby to rent a car so we could try to continue our trip to Boston. They offered to rent me a loaner at a VERY cheap price for this 500 miles roundtrip; Daniel in the loaner area was incredible and brought us a brand new Outback and even helped put our luggage in the back.... got us on our way so we could make our family event. Gilbert even gave us his cell phone number so we could stay in touch. Later that day, Gilbert texted that my car needed new spark plugs -- probably overdue despite the low mileage -- and they did it reasonably. They even said keep the loaner until Tuesday when the car would be ready! I cannot get over the level of genuine caring and concern for me, my car and my family, especially since we were first time customers in a real bind. They saved us from a family crisis, too. They have earned my loyalty and I will be back for both service and sales!!! Thank you Tasca!
