We purchased a used truck from them. The inside was anything but clean. When we purchased it, the salesman said they were going to detail the interior, it was just as filthy as when we looked at it. The only good part of the deal was they "honored" the sale price we originally looked at it for.

Easily the best dealership youre ever going to come across. The transparency is unbelievable, everyone here is ready to help in any way possible and does not waste your time. Pat the salesman was the exact type of salesman one would like to deal with, he gives you the best scenario for you the first time. Charlie in finance is super polite and explains everything to you. Every staff member was easy to talk to and ask questions. If youre looking for a good deal and have no time to waste, stopping here is a must. We have 3 Ford vehicles that we take here for service. Our escape needed an oil change, after this was done we noticed the black skirt was hanging down, the clips were not replaced. Keep in mind this was the second time this has happened. First time they fixed it no questions asked and no charge because it broke when the oil change was done. This time Dan found the need to charge us $26 saying it was wear and tear and they break off when the oil change is done. I asked why didn't someone tell us when it happened, he has no reason. Could it be that my 17 year old grandson brought the car in and they figured he was an easy mark? Dan should go back to school for customer satisfaction because he forgot that lesson.
