Sales is great, but the service is terrible. First, shuttle service was scheduled when I scheduled my car for service. I had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle to take me home! Second, I pre-paid for the Silver maintenance plan, and certain things were not performed as they should have been. I caught them and they back pedaled and I had to bring car back for second time.
Also, I mentioned the headlights needed to be adjusted as I believed they were too high. When I got car back, notes stated "Checked head lights low and high beams work. After-market bulbs and wiring." THAT IS NOT ADJUSTING THE LIGHTS!!! Also, service guy told me I voided my warranty by changing to HID lights, from Halogen. PURE BULL$#!T!!! Ever hear of The Magnuson Moss Warranty Act??? Look it up!
It takes time to build trust, and only one incident to destroy it!

Healey is amazing, I was given no issues at all. My car was done when they said it would be, and they always share so many discount promos with me. Definitely recommend going for any type of maintenance.
