Never use at all! I had a reserved limo pickup and a minibus at the airport. Then, back to the airport in a limousine that was about to blow up! and departed from the incorrect terminal! Taxis were required to get to the correct terminal. Don't Read Anything! Never make a reservation! Read the reviews, as everyone says.

One of the worse companies I have ever dealt with. Visiting from England for my sons 21st birthday, booked a limo from Newark into Manhattan. Weather was bad so they........

Do not use ever !! Booked limo pickup ... mini bus at the airport... Than back to the airport.. a limo ready to fall apart !!! And left at the wrong terminal!!!!! Had to get taxis to the proper terminal!! Do No Book !!!! Do not ever Book.!! As they all say read the reviews....

"A group of us travelling to NYC booked a limo transfer from the airport to our hotel. The booking was for baggage claim meet and greet and refreshments enroute to our accommodation. Upon arrival and collection of our bags and an almost empty terminal 45 mins after landing we called the company and were told he was 5 mins away. 15 mins later still no sign of our transport. So yet another call and 10 mins later a limo and driver stopped in the middle of the road waving a sign at the windscreen to us. We had to take our own bags to the car so they could be thrown in the boot. The refreshments were 5 coke cans unchilled sticky and dented. The glasses were dirty and the floorhad not been vacuumed in the car for some time. Visible old dust and dirt presnt on all surfaces. It wss truly underwhelming! We contacted the company and were basically brushed off with no monetary refund supplied despite them stating via email should we book again we would be given a ""better driver"". "
