Dorado Apartments

I lived in Dorado apts for 15year. Nice and peacful place to live. I moved to two months ago and they have not send my scerity down payment to me. They told me it will take 30 days.Hoping to hear from them soon . Before any action will be taken

they are very nice and the ladies and nice but sometimes it leaks for some reason but it goes away

I just moved in January and I just want to say the ladies at the management office were very helpful and nice. So far I love it here! They provide us with monthly food banks and programs virtually. I think is great because Im older and during Covid I dont really like going out. Thank you

I have lived here for over 4 years in the building is clean, maintenance is great, the office staff and property managers are very polite very accommodating And helpful as much as possible. They are very communicative and they do many many events for the building community including but not limited to online bingo and food giveaways To help during the pandemic. They work awesomely with Hud and are very responsive via their app and Phone call. My children have asked for me to move closer to them and I will not go. Also the apartments than cells are very nice they have a great layout and Are comparatives to any beautiful apartment you would see on the market currently. I would recommend anyone to apply here in I would say that anyone who has family living here feels confident of their safety. No place is perfect but this place is very close to it compared to what is out in this area.
