    Horrible leasing experience. Didn't end up moving in. They pulled the old bait and switch on us. Applied for, was approved for, and then signed a lease for an apartment. The day after signing the lease, we got a call to inform us that the apartment would actually cost an additional $300 a month if we wanted to move in. According to Craig in the leasing office, the lease we had signed, the LEGAL DOCUMENT we had signed, had been shredded and no longer existed. Not sure how that is legal but ok. We were welcome to look at other available apartments but since all available apartments are also significantly more expensive and for smaller floor plans, we are basically out of luck. Shady, shady company.

    Im looking to move to this building , the process has been annoying but we need a place to live in such a short time. Thank you to Abdul, he was such a big help, he actually changed our minds because we was going to look else where since the process wasnt going as planned. Hopefully we move in within a couple months and I will be back with a update.

    This review is mainly about the concierge service for my building (building E). During the week the day shift concierge and the night shift concierge are both incredibly helpful and always have a positive sunny attitude. I have been here for a long time and they are the best concierge team that I've ever had. Brittney on the night shift in particular makes the whole Hudson Park company look good and they are lucky to have her.

    Previous tenant here. Leasing department will set you up for failure and hit you with fees on your way out. Be weary of shady characters or homeless people sleeping in your lobby and nonexistent security. Lease at your own risk.

    Update: They painted the first floor, but not the rest. So all of the other floors still look the same :3 This review is for the south tower. Hudson Park South Our apartment is very spacious and so far we are very happy with it. The maintenance person has taken good care of us fixing all the problems we have encounter. Although our building is said to be LUXURY APARTMENTS it is FAR from that. Our apartment has regular wear and tear, for example the kitchen cabinets are chipping and the paint is falling off. Management wont paint because the cabinets are sold already painted and they wont take care of that. The biggest problem though is the building it self. If you are touring this building the first thing you will notice is the putrid smell. Yes you read that correctly, putrid horrendous dead rat smell. They have an infestation of rats on the first floor that unfortunately has been present from day 1. I am assuming they are killing the rats but not removing the bodies fast enough, so the lobby and hallway on the first floor is infested with flies and of course the smell that is overwhelming. The rugs on each hallway are stained, the walls are dirty, the elevator wall panels are constantly falling off, there are multiple buttons missing and/or broken, and the smell!!!! The terrible putrid smell, it reaches the elevators as well. On top of that, the door to the main entrance is broken, and so are the other doors on the main lobby. There are wholes in the walls, and occasionally you will find roaches and dead mice on the entry way from the parking lot. Did I mentioned these doors are also broken?.. So I guess that if you are paying the amount of money that is being asked for these apartments you are better off renting somewhere else, maybe in the other towers because this one is definitely falling apart. Mike Vargas if you see this please please please walk around the building and really take a look at it. In every floor you will see dirt....... dirty rugs, dirty walls, crooked exit signs, damage elevator buttons, dirty ceiling panels, scrapped walls that have no been painted damaged by I guess the many tenants that have moved out.......... on a positive note, the staff has been very kind to us and responsive to our concerns....... JUST THE BUILDING, IT CAN BE A LOT BETTER WITH MORE CARE FROM THE CLEANING CREW, AND AN EXTERMINATOR. :)
