        I pay $3000 a month for: 1- fire alarms going off at all hours of the night; 1 AM, 2 AM, 3/4/5 AM, 2- the smell of weed seeping into bedroom at night from neighbors, 3- elevators constantly being broken down, 4- a parking garage that hires anybody to work there and has, scratched, dented and stolen personal items from my car, 5- NO 24HOUR CONCIERGE, although it's advertised, 6- no offense but the most ghetto people are moving in and blaring music which forces you to leave your living room and move to a room om the opposite side to get a moment of peace and finally, 7- hidden fees that you have to pay such as HVAC, water, garbage fees. I pay with my hard earned money, not government aid, so these extra hidden fees hurt my pockets. Get it together Sawyer Place or let me out my contract.
