Great service.. clean rooms.. coffee tea and breakfast items.. close to stores and I - 90.. NO PETS ALLOWED Rooms: Pleasant room.. updated.. clean Nearby activities: Within walking distance from stores and restaurants.. Walkability: Flat pavement for walking.. within walking distance to the local bus stop.. Food & drinks: Basic breakfast

For the price you can't go wrong. Enjoyed my stay. Comfortable rooms, quiet, friendly staff. My only complaint is that breakfast ends too early, especially on the weekends.

Outstanding service from Rodney the desk agent EVA Hotel Best Western 50 Freeman Road in Buffalo, NY. He went above and beyond for me. I lost my passport and he was so helpful in so many areas. I needed passport pictures he advised where to go. I asked if I could leave my case because there was no way I could take my suitcase to the passport office. I will never use another hotel chain other than Best Western from now on. I have used Marriott and Sheraton and Hilton as my main go to's but after this kind of service I won't go anywhere else. I highly recommend this brand! Especially the Eva Rooms: Top class beat in class modern design brand new gorgeous Walkability: Close to everything Food & drinks: Breakfast was outstanding and it was included

This hotel is actually the Best Western. I'm not sure why it's called Eva Hotel. A hotel around the corner on Transit Road water line burst so my reservation as a courtesy was transferred to the Eva Hotel. The paperwork got seriously screwed up. The receptionist tried to charge me more for the rooms. It took an hour for the receptionist to work out the confusion. The day of my departure it was a snow storm brewing. The Eva Hotel parking lot was not plowed and the road that leads to it. I borrowed the hotel shovel and dug my vehicle out of the snow. It was a snow storm travel ban in place but I ignored it. Never visit Buffalo and Rochester during the winter months from December to February. Rooms: Rooms are very cozy and clean. The bathroom is definitely the state of the art shower, mirror, sink, etc. Clean towels and face cloths. The only thing I didn't like was the little lighting by the hotel room door area, no microwave, no ironing board. Safety: Safe space and place. Eva Hotel has a very nice seating area with television, tables and chairs. Food & drinks: Not much food to select from. Be ready to purchase small cups of chips, candy bars, and cookies out of the hotel's little store. They do serve breakfast.
