Really nice people. Breakfast was top-notch! Staff REALLY CARE! At my job I stay at a lot of hotels, after a while they all seem to be the same. NOT HERE. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They made me literally feel like I was part of the family. I'll definitely be staying here the next time I visit Buffalo. Safety: I'm slightly challenged when climbing stairs. No problem here. They have an elevator to the 2nd floor.

The male who checked us in on 2/17/2024 was rude. Even my partner, who gives people the benefit of the doubt, thought he was unprofessional. He didnt explain anything to us and then had an attitude when I had questions. I mentioned that we have stayed at La Quintas before and never had to deal with the check in process we did at this location. His response was that all those people should be fired for not doing their jobs. ( I have stayed at 4 or 5 different La Quintas in the past ) We booked through Wyndham rewards, which has my father name on the account. But the reservation had my name on it and the male had an issue and said we would not get the points because it was not my father checking in. Then went on and said he had to change the reservation since my dad was not there. He said it was a liability since my partner with me for the weekend did not the name on the reservation... but then NEVER asked for my partners information. So if it was such a liability, why didnt he get both of our names.. The breakfast was mediocre. Coffee was TERRIBLE.. Juice machine practically served water. Waffles and sausage were good. The room was eh.. the bathroom ceilings had mold and rust spots which was a turn off. Bed sheets and comfortable had stains. I can tell it was clean, but stained. Stained linen should be thrown out. I did like the dove soap and shampoo that was given. Update: someone from La Quinta responded to my review and said they would reach out and I have yet to hear from anyone!
