Negative stars if I could. I have a scar on my arm, which surfaced two days after I had my bloodwork done at this location. The same person who works the front desk draws the blood. If the needle had not been inserted so rashly, I wouldn't have this lingering side effect. I have never had such a horrible experience; and I've been to multiple diagnostic centers, including LabCorp locations. I hope the appropriate action/remediation is taken by the owners of this establishment.

Alvin and everyone else at the West Nyack office are professional and courteous. The check in with my smart phone was quick and there is usually less than a five minute wait. Highly recommend.

I have come here numerous times since it is the closest location to me and every time I come here the lady who works at the front desk is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I have worn a mask every time I came, but this time since I was wearing my glasses it completely slipped my mind to wear a mask since it fogs. As soon as I walk into Lab Corp, the lady tells me to get out, theres a sign outside. I have no problem wearing a mask, and even after she had told me to get out I politely asked if she had any spare masks and told me she didnt and I had to leave. Luckily someone who was there has spares and gave me one. Truly dont understand how the rudest people work in healthcare, especially that employee in particular.
