Buyers beware!!!! They are con artist I traded my Jeep back 12/27/18 they had a 10 day pay off they never paid off the vehicle let me stuck with the car payment for a car they had in their possession. Took them to court got a judgement and never showed up to court. Still fighting to collect my money even do I have a judgement. I am going to get the news involved and expose them.

They were great the first time I used them when I worked with Joey. They keep no records of their accounts on file which defeats the purpose of using a company like them. A regular dealership has records of their customers leases on file and a company like this is supposed to make leasing a car easier. When I had an issue the gentlemen I spoke with was extremely rude and disrespectful . I really was happy at first and find it extremely disappointing that they don't care about their customers once the deal is over.

Last  year I leased a Honda pilot from JYD and returned a Jeep Compass.  I received a call from a collection company stating that i owe money on the compass that i already returned through JYD. They assured me that everything will be taken care of (the bill) and that i will not have any issues going forward. I have been emailing and contacting everyone including the owner "Anthony" but to no avail for the past 6 months. No one answers emails and everyone that deals with this situation is suddenly on "Vacation". I called inquiring about a lease just to see the outcome and and everyone was willing to help but for my situation no one is still available Very unprofessional. I will not be doing business with them again.
