I spent this past Saturday afternoon at the Hyundai dealer in Valley Stream where salesman Karl Williams spent a good amount of time with me going over the different Palisades models. He is very knowledgeable about all of the cars at Hyundai. He was patient and answered all of my questions. He has excellent customer service skills and is worth speaking to if you are in the market to trade in, finance or lease a car.
