This branch used to be very nice but the customer service has really gone downhill. The branch on Delaware is much better.

M & T Bank was clean with a friendly and very helpful staff.

Very friendly and no waiting - needed a new bank card and got one immediately.

Service was slow, drive thru was rather small for a truck.

Quiet, never too busy and I see they work the best they can with the small staff they have.
