I have been going to ken for over 15 years and I always came out with a good outcome. Ken senior has always taken his time with me and weighed out different options for my family. I highly recommend using them I have never been disappointed. P.s the rates are very reasonable.

This agency is the most unreliable, unprofessional and absolute worst place to deal with. I just got screamed at by an associate named Ken, literally screamed at, after THEY canceled on my appointment because no one would be in the office as they were out golfing. My original CPA has not gotten back to me in over six months, and I was just informed that he no longer works at the facility at all, which was never made clear to me. They are terrible at communication, they do not return phone calls, and when I tried to pick up my forms, I was again told that they would be out golfing so I wasnt able to do so. The next day when I showed up at the time of my appointment, the office was closed. When I called to see what was going on, I was screamed at saying that there was somebody there- they were just in the back. How was I supposed to know that? This is a janky , shoddy crooked agency and I would never recommend anybody going here. I am switching services immediately. I cannot reiterate overall the extreme awfulness that all of my interactions with this place has been. If I could give zero stars I would.
